Airports Authority of India (AAI) invites online applications for suitable Indian citizens for 220 posts of Junior Executive on permanent basis. Interested candidates having required eligibility they can apply online application starting from 18-04-2016 upto 17-05-2016.

Applicants must read all instruction carefully before applying online application and fill all details carefully in the online application.

Instructions For Candidates who Applied in 2012
How to Apply:
For 2012 Candidates, No Fee Payment is required.
Candidates are required to apply On-line through www.aai.aero only.

Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. Registration number, password, and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mailbox is not redirected to your junk / spam folder).
Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while registering in the on-line application. Once the form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
The step by step process for submitting the application form for the posts is given below:

Step-I: User has to select Post Applied, Candidate’s Name and Date of Birth, then click on Search Button. Candidate has to select his/her Personal details and then inputs his/her Contact details and click on Register Button. Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail and SMS on registered e-Mail Id and mobile number.
Step-II: Login for Completion of detailed application form after getting Login ID and password. User has to input Centre Choice and Address Details, Work experience Details (If any).
Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph and Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature as per the process given below. They should note that only jpeg format is acceptable:

i. Photograph Image:
  • Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 3 months in JPG or JPEG format only, size limit 80 KB).
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
ii. Signature image:
  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
  • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  • Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
  • Size of file should be between 10kb - 20kb

Instructions For Submitting Online Applications for 2016 Candidates (Fresh Applicants)
General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select "I Agree" and Press 'Start' button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification, click here to Download the Detailed Notification. Please read it carefully before filling the on-line application.
3. The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease at sole discretion of AAI.
4. Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria can apply for the above posts.
5. Category [General/SC/ST/OBC] once filled by candidate in the online application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible later on.
Vacancies reserved for OBC category are available as per the Govt. of India Guidelines.
Regarding the upper age limit and relaxation in age as per the Govt. of India Guidelines, please refer to the detailed notifications.
6. Before starting to fill up the on-line application, the candidate should keep at hand the following details/documents:-
  1. His/her educational qualifications as per eligibility criteria (from 10th/ Matriculation onwards) with percentage of marks obtained (please calculate percentage from CGPA / OGPA in advance as per university conversion formula).
  2. His/her personal details.
  3. Relevant certificates like Caste, Disability, Service certificate, etc., respectively for SC/ST/PH/Government Employee Candidates seeking fee relaxation.
  4. His/her scanned photograph (not older than 6 months) of maximum file size 80 KB and scanned signature maximum file size 20 KB, in jpg/ jpeg format.
How to Apply:
I. Candidates are required to apply On-line through www.aai.aero only.
II. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. Registration number, password, and all other important communication will be sent on the sameregistered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mailbox is not redirected to your junk / spam folder).
III. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF STEP-I. Once the form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
IV. The step by step process for submitting the application form for the posts is given below:
Step-I: Registration of Personal Details, Qualification Details, Declaration, and Challan download. Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail and SMS on registered e-Mail Id and mobile number.
Step-II: The payment of Application Fee in any branch of the State Bank of India after 24 hours of Challan Generation.
Step-III: Login for Completion of detailed application form after another 24 hours from the time the payment done in the Bank.
V. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded in any case, neither shall be held reserved for any other recruitment nor selection process in future.
STEP-I
a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and pressing the 'Start' button.
b. The candidate should fill up all the desired information i.e. Personal Details, Qualification Details, Declaration, etc. correctly.
c. On completion of Step-I, a message will be received in candidate’s registered email id conveying his/her registration and the candidate will be able to download the bank challan to deposit the application fees (wherever applicable). The candidate should take a print of the bank challan. This completes the Step-I of on-line registration process.
d. Instructions for the candidates who are exempted from the application fees: As no application fee has been prescribed for SC/ST/PH/Women Candidates, bank challan with zero fees will be generated for such candidates and then they can go to Step-II after login with the Login Id and Password shared in their e-Mail Id and Mobile No.
Depositing Application fee in State Bank of India
I. The candidate should deposit the requisite application fee by presenting the bank challan printed after Step-I to any branch of State Bank of India on any bank working day (after minimum 24 hours of generation of challan).After accepting the application fee, the Bank will return one copy of bank challan to the candidate as a token of receipt. The copy of challan will contain a reference number & date of transaction.
II. Candidates are advised to keep with them the copy of the bank challan as a token of remittance of fee for future reference.
III. Candidates are advised not to attempt for registration more than once. In case of multiple registrations, their candidature is liable for cancellation/rejection without any notice/intimation.
STEP-II
I. The candidates who are required to deposit application fee may check and confirm their payment status on the next working day after deposit of the application fees. The link for completing the remaining sections of the application form such as Uploading of scanned photographand signature will become active after the confirmation of payment of fees from the Bank. In some cases, it may take upto 48 hours for the step-II link to be active. In case the candidate has deposited the fees at Bank and he is not able see the confirmation of the payment on AAIwebsite after login even after 48 hours of the deposit of the fees, then he/she should fill in the details in the “Grievance Redressal Form” available in the detailed notifications and send the same by email along with the scanned copy of the paid challan to aaihelpdesk2016@gmail.com.. Only on confirmation of payment of fees, candidate will be able to access Step-II of application for completing the application form.
II. After depositing the application fee in the Bank, candidate should keep Clear scanned copies of latest photograph and signature for completion of Step-II of registration:
In case the facein the photograph and signature is not clear, the candidate’s application is liable to be rejected.
