Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous agency in India, which started its operation in 1975 as Personnel Selection Services (PSS).In 1984, IBPS became an independent entity at the behest of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Public Sector Banks.
The IBPS invited applications for CWE PO/MT 2015 earlier and received huge number of applications from the candidates who were seeking a job in banking sector. In order to shortlist the candidates a preliminary examination had bee conducted by IBPS for which the result had been officially declared in the month of October. The next phase that is the main examination of IBPS had been conducted on October 31, 2015.
The main examination is conducted for 200 marks with a duration of two hours. Questions will be asked from five sections say Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language, Computer Awareness.
